totally struck by His goodness

To most people on this earth that will watch this video... it will seem boring. However, I am one of the few exceptions. I saw this clip on YouTube and was struck by the goodness of God. Totally struck.

While most times in my life nowadays my emotions seem to get me into heaps of trouble... He is so good to continue to make my heart race with anticipation of serving Him in Papua New Guinea THROUGH my obedience to continue to serve Him where I am now. Right here. I do try imagine what the day will be like when we finally arrive. I am sure that I cannot imagine all the raging emotions that will be going through my mind the day that we first drive through this gate. So simple and plain and yet so dramatic. (Don't fret - I will blog about it. lol.)

So today I am thankful for the goodness of God in the emotions that He has graciously given to me. They continue to fill me with the reality of His love and mercy and grace.
