I love the little simple affirmations that God gives. Some people call them coincidences... I call them God STOPS. Savoring The Observable Presence of God. Today my God STOP caused me to have cold chills... it may not have the same effect on any of y'all, but whatever the case may be I am giving praise to my God for His sweet reassurances in the simple things in life.
This afternoon we had our first home meeting!! Woo hoo.
(Insert shameless self advertising here - when are you gonna host one in your home too?! **ear to ear grinning**)
As we were getting started our loveley guest (and sweet friend too) pulled her ipod outta her purse to show us the podcast she listened to this morning while she exercised. Joyce Meyer is one of her fave to listen to while she is working out. So last night our friend had downloaded some new podcasts... no lie the title of this podcast was Papua New Guinea missions. Coincidence? Nah. Don't think so. Affirmation. Yuppers.
I love the very simple ways that the creator of the universe finds ways to sink into all the levels of my life. What a joy and blessing today was to share our passion with friends who want to be involved and a part of what we are doing. And a God STOP too... :)
